Did you already change the Group name on the ticket?  And 
Do you have your Remedy Agents (who are in APP-Support) in a Support
Group?

It depends on how you want the product (Remedy) to conform to your
organization, or vice-versa...

I am on patch 18.  On my change request there is no assigned to field.
Just Supervisor.  It is also the Supervisor who does the work.  In my
area the supervisor doesnt mean the "manager type".  So when I choose
the "Supervisor+" from the drop down nothing will show up in the
Supervisor+ queue.  Its only when I put in their userid.  First letter
and last name.  I am new to all of this so this is probably a pretty
easy fix..
