I have. Out of the box there is very little in the application to make it easy to use. It is a trigger based system . Maintenance of the Data structures is very time consuming. When I was working on integrations there were none defined. The integration that we attempted was a Remedy run without macro and a line command executable back to TeamTrack that seemed to work ok . The initial setup was inexpensive but the modifications to make it useable were very very pricey. All of the ITIL functionality for this tool can be built in Remedy in a very short time with little to no expense on licenses.
