I am upgrading from AR 7.0 Patch 1 to AR 7.0.1. After the script runs and the arserver tries to start up I get the following error.

unable to create (390600, 6020) for TCP.
AR System Server did not start in the allocated time.
Any ideas? I looked in the ar.conf the library is registered and the path in the conf file is correct.
