Dear Listers, We are in the process of upgrading our AR System 6.3.0 Patch 16 (HD 6.x and AM 6.x running on it) to AR System 7.0.1. I have upgraded the AR Server, initially with some issues in the installer, which have since been resolved. However, I am currently seeing an issue where the Plugin that is included with Asset Management is failing to start. Following is the error message from Event Viewer on Win 2003 Server
Faulting application arplugin.exe, version 7.0.1.0, faulting module arfcbdata.dll, version 5.7.0.0, fault address 0x000055ea. The DB is Oracle 9x on a Remote Linux Cluster AR Server runnign on Windows 2003 Server Seems to me that the plug-in dll somehow is incompatible with arplugin.exe. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I have a ticket open with BMC Support for this issue. However, I thought I would ping y'all as well, to get your perspective...
