Good afternoon, With some help from some off-list emails, a solution was discovered. Even though we were using a custom Connection in our CMDBOutput steps, apparently you still have to use the PDIREPO_server_port connections in some way. After opening the one for the same server as my custom one, I found the former consultant’s login name hardcoded there, and was able to change it back to Remedy Application Service, and everything started working again.
