Sorry for my knee jerk answer earlier. Looking at the form in ARInside I see this information regarding the form.
Vendor (Plugin: ARSYS.ARDBC.PREVIEW Table: AP:Signature) I looked at adding the field in AP:Signature first and then tried adding it but that didn't work. So I fiddled around a bit and realized that I can add a field to the form using the usual "Add Field" functionality. Then on the field properties there is a section titled "Vendor Information" and there I can tie it to a field from the AP:Signature form. I believe that is the way you have to go.
