Hi Folks, Remedy ITSM 8.1 Approval Question.
I have added a new field on the form "AP:Signature". I now need to add this field to the vendor form "AP:PreviewInfo". Has anyone done this, or know how to do it. I tried Right Clicking on the AP:PreviewInfo form, and selecting "Add field from AP:Signature" but I get a blanc list of fields. Any assistance greatly appreciated.
