This is one of the things that are not documented on the official risk document of BMC (at least I have not seen it anywhere) that one needs to consider when moving from a thick client to thin.
I was at that cross road a few months ago and tried out Misi's tool. It is useful to get you do the ground work unless you prefer to do it manually. Whenever it finds a form/view with a Menu Bar, it will create a Navigation Fields and move all the "buttons" to it.
