Hi,
Doing it manually is really not an option if you have more than 1-2 forms with
a few buttons each.
The manual process would go something like this:
1. Find the forms
2. Document the menu-button names, labels and ids, sub-menu-names, order,
spacings etc
3. Create a NavField
4. Remove the buttons from the form
5. Save the form
6. Add each button again with the original name and id, and associate it with
the Nav Field
7. Double check that you did not do any mistake
