I don’t think aiexfer issue is impacting Can you run maintenance tool, zip logs and attach herewith?

Please let me know how to get it working through user tool. Also tried to run repoquery command but it's not working in our environment. Xclock is also not working and does it mean that on our server no Xapplication is working.(is it mandatory )?
