Hi, I am getting errors like JRE_32Bit not set , JRE_64 bit not set while running Silent installation for Remedy 9. I have installed java 8u51 and given the correct path for JRE_64Bit in options.txt file but still it looks like it's not taking the JRE value.
Please let me know if anyone has seen this issue before.
