Hello Shashi,
You can follow below approach for this error.
1. understand the scenario in which you get this error. e.g. while
saving incident etc.
2. Enable the filter / SQL logs and check for any recursive filter action
3. Try to reproduce the error so that we can figure out relations of
configurations or customizations (if any) with error.
This error occurs generally when the filter goes into a loop ( might be
because of customization )
I have faced the same error with change ticket.
