Thanks Jase. At the earlier client I worked, I configured FTS and that was
a smooth implementation but with the current customer it is just not
getting completed. To  my surprise the earlier client had a huge
environment and huge set of data compared to the one now. The reason I dont
want to go to BMC is the two environments are with similar version so I
know it works and it does not require any hotfix.
