Hello all,
1. You can only release a licence once every two hours, if you try more than
once you will get ARERR 297. Administrator released license too recently. Is
there anyway we can minimise the time to re-release the license?
2. I have users who refuse to close their remedy sessions properly through
the web and hence their seesions aren´t disconnected and will only be able to
reconnect once I release their licenses. Is it possible to automatically close
the user´s session if they hit the close button on the window bar on their
browsers?
