Subject: Email Engine Crashes Frequently - Need to find Root Cause

**
Hello All,

We are facing a frequent issue that Email Engine goes down and it does not come
up automatically some time.
After restart the email engine services it works as expected.

So, Can any one tell me what is the root cause of this issue. I know the
workaround but I need to permanent fix or how we can identify the issue before
it becomes a problem for the customer?

ARS:- 8.1.02
Email Engine:- 8.1.02
Platform:- Windows server2008 R2 Standard
