Hello We have a custom form, A that works as an email parser. All incoming emails intended for a specific clients are recorded in it. Other client uses OOTB AR System Email Messages. Form A creates a ticket from an incoming email. How to add email attachments in the form ? How AR System Email Attachments work? Does any attachments coming in AR System Email Messages gets stored in ticket attachments field? We have a customized ticketing console. Thanks!
