Frank, I got Remedy running last fall for a Demo environment I ran for Engage on Oracle Virtual Box, CentOS, and Oracle Express. I don't know if any of those are 'supported' or not...oh...and I was running Remedy 8.1.02....but....I would expect being that worked, 9.x would work as well....that entire stack (other than Remedy of course) was free.
