Pandi, If I understand you question correctly, you simply need to go to the reconciliation console and the jobs you want and the others off. I’m guessing you might need to make some adjustments to some of the OOTB Recon jobs since you are not using the sandbox (which I think could be a mistake but just make sure you understand the process before you get started).
