Raj The web service call Thomas mentions does not use the mid-tier. You would use a set field filter with the data source WEB SERVICE. Load the WDSL for the destination and map fields accordingly. The call is asynchronous so you will need to map a field to receive the response from the destination. Typically I will do a push field from the main form (e.g. Incident) to a staging form and then have the web services filter execute from the staging form. This is to isolate transactions. In my experience if you save an Incident and the web service call on the Incident fails, the save on the Incident rolls back (e.g. can’t save). If you put the web service on the staging form and the web service call fails it only rolls back to the staging form. The user is still able to save the Incident.

For e.g.,.to a message queue like Active MQ. Could it be accomplished with an alert or service action or web service, etc. Could you please share some possibilities. We are on ARS v8.1(no ITSM). Please advise.
