Thanks Thomas, Fred, Mark, LJ for your responses. Got couple of questions if you don't mind: 1. Does Web Service (SOAP or REST) supports a pattern of posting a message to a message queue (E.g., Active MQ) ? 2. Plugins - Since we are only on ARS 8.1 which only supports SOAP, does the plugin you mentioned could be used with my current version of Remedy? or Do I need to upgrade to v9.0?
