Hello, We did an upgrade from 7.6.04 to 9.0.01 two weeks back. Since then, we are getting CPU utilization issues. Utilization exceeds 85%. We did some app server config changes to fix this - Increasing the API threads, Increasing the java heap from 512 to 1024 but nothing worked. Even after restarting the services, the utilization didn't went down. Had to reboot the vm.
Another issue, users are getting floating read license even though the floating licenses are available. Please help! Its critical. Thanks!
