Hello Experts,

We have a situation where we have to monitor the response time for certain test 
cases in Remedy. We have Dynatrace as the monitoring tool. However, we are not 
able to find out the actions performed on a ticket as it all happens on a 
Landing console without changing the URL.

As part of this, we would like to know how does an update operation happens 
from Landing console when a ticket is updated. In other words, how does the 
data be updated to the DB when something is changed on a ticket. Will it run a 
backend HTML code or call a script?
