Hello All, We have done Java upgrade and now AR email service is not coming up. When we try to start it getting below error :
The BMC Remedy Email Engine - <Server Name> 2 service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.” Could you please help us to resolve this issue?
