Hi Amit, The issue is that there are some registry entries which have to be changed to the location of the new java version.
To fix this issue, search the value of “JVM Library” in the registry, on the server which is running the email engine. Change the value of “JVM Library” to the new location of JAVA. (Eg. C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_91\bin\server\jvm.dll) You will also need to do the same for Flashboards Hope this helps Jacques Andre Senior Software Engineer – BMC Remedy Development and Support Eskdale Road, Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, Berkshire, RG41 5TS, United Kingdom [email protected] [logo-residential] CenturyLink Technology UK Ltd | Registered in England | Registration No: 3816299 Registered Office: Eskdale Road, Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham, Berkshire From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Amit B Sent: 16 August 2016 10:02 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Email service is not getting started.
