No, you can reset the password in the config.properties safely. Simply retrieve the default value for arsystem, then place that hashed pwd value into the config.properties file, then restart the jsp/servlet container. This is safer and less prone to problems than reinstalling; which can potentially introduce a whole new host of issues.
