This is our configuration: ARS 6.3 Patch 19 We are on Solaris 5.10 Some of the users on our Remedy system are authenticated over LDAP while some are autheticated from the ARS. What we have noticed is if we try to send a notification to a group either an alert or an email using the Group name (groups reside in the ARS), only the users that are authenticated from within the ARS get these alerts or emails. In our LDAP configuration we have the Group container set to None. Every other functionality relating to resolving groups work with these externally authenticated users such as resolution of the keyword $GROUPS$ etc. What could be going wrong?
