1) Resource should have the three tier implantation experience.
2) Know the Application/Config Server/Job Server/NSH Proxy/Repeaters/PXE
implementation and configuration.
3) Know the cluster configuration for BSA.
Bladelogic Operations:
Administrative Task:
1) Customer adhoc request handling.
2) NSH Scripts
3) Windows/Unix Task automation
4) ITIL Process
Windows Patching:
1) Configuration of Patch Catalog.
2) Creation of Analysis.
3) Creation of Patching Jobs.
4) Custom patching for exceptional patches.
Unix Patching:
1) Configuration of Patch Catalog.
2) Creation of Analysis.
3) Creation of Patching Jobs.
4) Custom fix for vulnerability bugs.
Software Distribution:
1) Software Packaging.
2) Software detection and deployment.
Provisioning:
1) Knowledge over Template base provisioning.
2) Knowledge over PXE/TFTP.
3) Knowledge about Bare Metal provisioning.
Troubleshooting:
1) BSA RSCD Agent troubleshooting.
2) Windows/Unix patching troubleshooting.
3) Troubleshooting of ETL failure.
4) BDSSA report data.
BSA Performance Task:
1) Knowledge about the Application Job History pruning.
2) Database pruning.
3) Monitoring health check
4) Backup of BSA application
Integration with Tools Stack:
1) SMTP Integration
2) SMS Gateway Integration
3) BAO Integration
4) VCenter Integration
BDSSA:
1) BDSSA implementation.
2) Knowledge about the ETL, Troubleshooting of ETL failure.
3) Knowledge over Cognos reporting, Query Studio/Report
Studio.
