Avanish, The easiest way would be through a run-process, something like echo "this text" >> file.log
or something like that....but that has SOOOO many problem with it I won't even go into it here.... the best method is to call a script that logs back into Remedy and pulls information and does some sort of manipulation....or, depending on your needs, a plugin that a filter can call to manipulate the file in question.... There are tons of languages and ways of doing this...all of them require some sort of customization, and skills outside of Remedy to get it done properly.
