Hi,

well - can't you use AI and kettle /spoon (kitchen) to do this?

Trigger a job by calling a batch file from ARS and command line, that batch 
file calls a spoon job...

you could even update the ticket with this file as attachment...
or send it to the user via email...

Just an idea...
