There are 5 admin servers. For my question I will refer to them as the following:
Admin01 - Not in Server Group Admin02 - In Server Group Admin03 - In Server Group Admin04 - In Server Group Admin05 - In Server Group Admin04 is configured as the primary for Escalations in the Operation Ranking. Escalations are also enabled on Admin01, which is not defined at all in the Operations Ranking. Does this mean all my escalations are running twice, both on Admin01 and Admin04? That seems it would be a performance hit. If not, can someone explain how Remedy would determine which escalation would run on which server in this configuration? Is there a benefit to not have Admin 01 in the Server Group?
