Kevin, You should not have Admin01 in the same DB as the rest of the servers if it's not in the server group, for exactly the type of thing you are discussing....being in the server group allows the server group to manage what element are enabled how/when/etc....so yes....the escalations would be running twice because the two servers don't know about eachother...worst case scenario, is that Admin01 and another server that's the admin somehow are both making changes...that can truly screw up your metadata in a very bad way.
