I looked into this a number of years back. I know the big ACD players like Avya had plugins to integrate with Remedy. The plugins are typically bare bones and need some tweaking, but should give you a baseline. I think AttivaSoft also had a product out there that did something similar, but I'm not sure if they still support it.
