Amit,
You can potentially still use the c based sso solution, but it'll be
manually configured, and as you move forward with Remedy versions, it'll
become more difficult....Remedy is really moving away from C to Java....so,
if it's truly a custom internal solution, you should be able to interface
with it through a Java interpretation.....good luck with the configuration
