Are you importing just the overlay (the form with the _o) or are you trying to import the base and overlay form? What options are you choosing when importing? Have you tried using the Deployment Management Tool?

I’m trying to import just the CHG:Infrastructure Change form on a Remedy 9.1 server. It’s an overlay of the existing form. I keep getting this error and I don’t remember how to get around it: “Roles permissions have been removed from the object because the object is not in a deployable application; form: CHG:Infrastructure Change__o, field Id: 1, 8985” I know there IS a way around this because I moved the main application forms MANY times (HPD:Help Desk, CHG:Infrastructure Change, etc) without using a deployable application to do so. I just don’t remember the HOW. Do you have to use Migrator? Go into base development mode?
