Hi Kevin, Yes, Prod Cat and Location can be evaluated by the assignment engine in order to assign to a particular person.
If you look at the assignment configuration form in the application administration console, it should be readily apparent. The docs can help too. If you have many configurations for the person, you can use the foundation data import spreadsheets to import them in bulk, rather than manually creating them one at a time.
