It sounded like you have a UI issue ( possible bug ) with the admin tool, and you had some other issue with a Business Time Calculation. (But there were few details about either problem.) I've logged a ticket with Remedy support and their Admin tool does the same thing. Since we are totally customized applications, is this unique to us or is this a bug in the Admin tool?
