The real issue is that I can't use a set fields action in and AL,
filter, or escalation for the field label 'Status History.Closed Time.'.
Every time I try to use that label and click the Modify Action button,
the label changes to 'Status History.New Time". This has nothing to do
with the Business Time workflow except I use the Closed Time value in my
BT calculations.

I hope this clarifies the issue.

Neil,

I, for one, was confused by the original post.

It sounded like you have a UI issue ( possible bug ) with the admin
tool, and you had some other issue with a Business Time Calculation.
(But there were few details about either problem.)

Can you re-clarify what the issue is?
