Have you checked the ODBC Use Underscores checkbox under Tools | Options
| Advanced? Usually the ARERR 1658 gets thrown here but it's worth a
shot.

Has anyone seen the following error?

 

An error occurred while generating the Crystal report: 0x80043ac1 -
IDispatch error #14529 (ARERR 1904)

 

This error occurs when we try to Print Current Case from HPD:HelpDesk.
We have not integrated Crystal Reports with Remedy.

 

ARS 6.3

Occurs on both 6.3 and 7.0 user tools.
