Hi Kelvin,

 

If you're referring to the "Print Case" button (ARS 6.3 verbiage) on the
helpdesk form itself check this:

 

It calls an active link HPD:HPD-PrintHPDCase01.  The only action is an
open window action.  Go to the "Report Information" tab and make sure
"Report Type" is set to AR System.  You might also want to double-check
the name of the report; verify that it exists in the REPORT form and is
valid.  We had a similar issue with printing Change Requests (whereby
the report file it was trying to use didn't exist)

Has anyone seen the following error?

 

An error occurred while generating the Crystal report: 0x80043ac1 -
IDispatch error #14529 (ARERR 1904)

 

This error occurs when we try to Print Current Case from HPD:HelpDesk.
We have not integrated Crystal Reports with Remedy.

 

ARS 6.3

Occurs on both 6.3 and 7.0 user tools.
