If you're referring to the "Print Case" button (ARS 6.3 verbiage) on the helpdesk form itself check this: It calls an active link HPD:HPD-PrintHPDCase01. The only action is an open window action. Go to the "Report Information" tab and make sure "Report Type" is set to AR System. You might also want to double-check the name of the report; verify that it exists in the REPORT form and is valid. We had a similar issue with printing Change Requests (whereby the report file it was trying to use didn't exist) Hope that helps!
