I submitted a case to bmc but decided to check in here as well to see if anyone has any insight. If Support Staff member from Support Group "A" creates an incident, Support Staff member from Support Group "B" can see the incident but can NOT view the audit log. As the system admin I can see the audit log for all incidents.
