Hi Experts, Please could you guide me with the role of Mongo DB while upgrading from 8.1.02 to 9.1. We believe that mongo db is required only when we are using My IT/SmartIT, but please provide insight on it. Also is it possible to use some other relational DB in place od Mongo DB as we are not familiar with it & in case of issue it might create problem. Early response will be highly appreciated.
