We used to have a DSO alternative solution Remedy server to Remedy server within the Navy years ago using Websphere MQ and ARSXLink. I don’t know how applicable it would be to what you are trying to accomplish, but thought I would mention it. The company that produces ARSXLink has a ton of expertise with Websphere MQ and Remedy, and they may be a good resource if you don’t have any other options.
