First time the installer just quits with no logs or errors. The midtier keeps crashing for no reason on me and my. Midtier objects menu is saying things like remedy rule engine is a hidden object so email engine is running but not working. I'll address all that once everything is finally installed and upgraded. Check to see if it is running. Sometimes you can just start it manually and it will continue. Sometimes not. Otherwise, in order to get our upgrade working from 7.6.04 —> 9.00.01 we have to stop off at 8.1 first. So I ran that installer, then ran the 9.0 installer. Why? No idea. BMC recommended it.
