Morning all, Hopefully a simple question for someone here - what versions of Solaris were Remedy 4.5 supported on?
We have an old instance that refuses to go away, attempts at migrating the data to another platform often seem to get nowhere (people actually admit to liking the Remedy system!). Latest idea from some bright spark is to migrate the existing system to a virtualised environment ... Personally believe that moving an unsupported application on an unsupported platform to a platform/application combination that was never supported is possibly a bigger business risk than just keeping on the currently unsupported combination.
