I've created same form to hold a list of users and the hours they start and end their work day, go to lunch, meeting... 18 hours (6AM - 11PM). But, instead of searching it i've used escalations. They scheduled to run every day at specific HOUR. It escalates the record on that form and filter pushes Status to "SHR:People" form. Thay become "Active" Or "Busy" Or "Active" again...
