Hi all, I have an urgent requirement for a BMC Remedy Developer to start asap. The requirement is for 6 months and the work is mainly working remotely but will require to travel to North Carolina from time to time. Hence a resource must be based in US.

Job Requirements: Experience with BMC Remedy AR System and ITSM Suite of Applications 8.1 & 9.0 Experience using BMC Remedy Developer Studio, Atrium Integrator, DMT, Data Wizard tools, MyIT and Smart IT. Perform Remedy administration and support for Remedy users Configure and administer the Remedy Service Request to automate the intake of requests. Service Request Designer (SRD's) Experience in configuring: People Templates & Profiles Support Groups and Templates Permission groups and functional roles Categorizations Assignment Engine Email Engine Task Templates Experience upgrading the Remedy environment is helpful. Custom Development experience with AR System. Java plugin integration Web Services Integration Configuration of Smart Reporting report environment. Development of Customized Smart Reports and dashboards. Able to multi-task while paying attention to the details. Strong oral and written communication skills.
