Since someone posted their resume.
When someone posts in a job description, must have this and you don't have it why do you apply. The description said "Hence a resource must be based in US". Why would you send a resume when you don't reside in the US? The start date is ASAP, which would imply that you already have the appropriate visa/residency/citizenship to work in the US and don't have to go through that process. I hate when people do this when I post a job. It wastes my time since they can't follow directs. The bad thing about responding to a job posting in a forum that everyone can see is now everyone can see you cannot follow directions.
