What OS and email protocol?

I have seen these .tmp files in the file system on Windows when using MAPI
for email. I don't specifically remember if they were being uploaded to the
attachments form with that name (although thinking a little more, I have a
picture in my mind that there were some attachment records with this name).

I always figured it had more to do with using Outlook for MAPI than the
Email Engine.

Based on the thread https://mailman.rrr.se/arslist/1103/msg00794.html  it
looks like 7.5 is when I noticed the accumulation of these files in the
temp dir.
