I stand corrected.. they say they do have my old account on my system but they cannot restore it so I can access it... Their story is they cannot transfer those old tickets either if I create a new ID. All I need them to do is use one of my new email addresses so I can log into the same ID instead of using that old email address.. Joe

Once I tried this I was able to get back into support. I seriously don't like the direction that BMC is taking with support but some of the old guys are still around and still very helpful.
