Dear Listers, Our hardware infrastrucutre team is working on a hardware refresh plan and have been asking about BMC-Remedy's support of the AR System platform and ITSM suite of applications on the Itanium (IA64) platform running HP-UX 11.11 V2.
I have contacted support and have heard varying information indicating that the Itanium support should have been available in December to sometime in Q3 2007. However, I was wondering if there is more consistent information anyone else might have heard or seen, I would be interested to know more regarding this topic, since this is not fully addressed anywhere I have been looking.
